Re: Coronavirus Thread
It is a legitimate question I believe is worth some scrutiny. Fewer than 100,000 cases? I'm on the fence about it. Do I think a country can control the virus? Yes, just look at New Zealand. Do I think China would lie about the numbers to make themselves look better? Also yes. Am I willing to make t...

Re: Spy novel
My opinion is that I'll care when Hunter Biden is appointed to a government position. Until that point, he's a less-than-successful (possible screw-up) of a relative lots of politicians have. If his father overrides CIA recommendations to give him classified access, I'll be concerned.

SECOND, the CRYBABY, CRAZY, IDOIT, LOSER, STUPID DEMOCRATIC PARTY WILL DO WHATEVER THEY NEED TO PREVENT AND MOVIE, INCLUDING A MOVIE FOR TELEVISION, FROM BEING MADE. I fear your argument might be blunted by the fact that the Democrats are not the ones having a fit because they lost the presidential...

Re: Anyone Here Asexual?
You could always just age up the 'characters' to college age. Make it "inspired by true events." Urgh, yes, I hadn't thought about it that way. :? Ignore me :-) I'm not sure the 'forced' dynamic works as well with older characters..... I think there are ways -- haircuts to look more presentable for...

We're now checking temps, asking screening questions and reminding people not to come for appointments if they are not feeling well. We're assuring them if they cancel, we'll find a way to get them in and to please cancel as a way to be considerate of the safety of everyone. Glad to hear you're tak...

What's crazy is that there is very little settled law in regard to COVID in the states. This guy could very well be charged with manslaughter to some degree of he knowingly spread the illness (along the lines of how you can be charged for knowingly spreading HIV/AIDS). So this guy could wind up scre...

What. An. Asshole.
He obviously takes it to the extreme, but I'm continually stunned by how little regard people can have for others. Good lord.

Recently blasted through Avatar: The Last Airbender on Netflix. Castlevania has 2 or 3 good seasons, as well. I've heard good things about The Queen's Gambit (live action limited series), too.
The Mandalorian on D+ is good, too.

Also, even though I was a child myself when I experienced those, writing about my experience when I was a child, now as an adult, it is inappropriate and borders on paedophilia. If I get the time and motivation, I could do it, but would have to be vague about the age of the characters so as not to ...

Re: Why am I so angry?
The anger I felt hearing that vapid and mindless babbling and gossip on Entertainment Tonight caught me off guard. Really? It is not like me at all to get triggered like this. Maybe I really am turning into an old "crank"! It makes sense, though. "The world is literally on fire -- who gives a shit ...
